Decreasing eth reserves on binance suggest traders are moving coins off-exchange, potentially reducing immediate sell pressure. rising stablecoin reserves indicate increased buying power ready to deploy. this combination is generally seen as bullish, but depends on broader market conditions.
Less eth on exchanges means fewer immediate sellers, and more stablecoins on exchanges mean more ready buyers. this imbalance, if sustained, can lead to upward price movement.
The current on-chain metrics suggest a short-to-medium term positive impact. longer-term price action will depend on sustained trends and broader macroeconomic factors.
